Financings – Debt & Equity

Parklea will develop the most suitable capital structure and then execute the financing(s) on the optimum terms available for the particular transaction.

Parklea will:

• Analyze and understand the current capital structure
• Develop alternative capital structures that address the strategic needs of the company
• Prepare the necessary marketing documentation required to solicit potential investors
• Identify potential investors – equity, senior debt and subordinate debt, as appropriate
• Manage all aspects of the marketing and solicitation process including due diligence, negotiations, structuring and closing.

Parklea has an in-depth understanding of Canadian and U.S. sources of capital, including term and operating debt, subordinated debt, equity, structured credit and project finance.
