Outsourced Corporate Development Functions

Parklea often works with management teams as a partner in executing on their corporate development requirements as part of an ongoing relationship. In this role, Parklea acts as the Corporate Development arm of the corporation.

Parklea will:

• Assess strategic alliances and partnerships
• Assess merger and acquisition opportunities
• Assess capital structures and financing requirements
• Assist with due diligence
• Provide strategic advice
• Structure transactions
• Work with other outside professionals to execute on mandates
